Fridays are bad! I totally misbehave and I allow myself to misbehave. I get a bacon and egg roll at the cafe place downstairs at work. They are so cute. Georgie, the senior cook they have there, does a fresh one especially for me every time, even though they have rolls ready to serve. My excuse is that on Fridays they sell the bacon and egg roll cheap, and since I am not having it any other day of the week, I allow myself to indulge. I indulge and then I complain I am putting on weight. On... let's not go there. I am convinced I am putting on weight but my scale says otherwise. It sits there quietly at 70 kg, but my new pants are so tight. I want to go back to 65 kg... but I am just not willing to do what needs to be done, and that is, exercise.... I haven't exercised for over 4 years. Nothing other than walks with hubby and the kids from time to time. I should exercise, but... when? For lack of time, I have cut on all this stuff I enjoy doing, I am not going to cut more fun stuff off my life to go do something I don't want to. I won't say I don't enjoy exercise, I actually do, once I am into it, but it is soooo hard to get into it. It is like TV, I like TV, I LOVE some shows and I get so curious, but I am not into it right now, so I don't feel like wasting my time in front of the TV, exercise is the same... there are just so many excuses: time, weather, location convenience, what to do with the kids, blah blah blah... but I should do it!
What else...(I wrote the above in the morning, now it is late at night hehe) I got a lot done this week at work and I know I am a total geek to be excited for it LOL. Manage to work out a publication that has been in the works for a while and I just didn’t know how to put together. All sorted now, almost done!
Also had a busy day in preparation for our Amaroo Pre-School Sausage Sizzle tomorrow at Magnet Mart (me, giving out this info in hopes that someone in the area might read and turn up LOL) Sometime I wonder why I got into the Fundraising Committee, it is not like I have the spare time... but it is for a good cause!!!
Anyway, I can’t leave a post this long with no images so are some pictures of the boys the other day:
